 High Capacity Facotry Price Bucket Elevator for Cement/Grain/Coal

The traction component of TD type belt bucket elevator is adhesive tape, which is an updated product of D type belt bucket elevator. It is composed of a hopper and traction tape, an upper section with a transmission drum, a lower section with a tension drum, an intermediate casing, a driving device, a reverse brake device, etc. It is suitable for conveying loose density upwards ρ< 1.5t/m3 powder, granular, and small pieces of non abrasive and semi abrasive bulk materials, such as coal, sand, coke powder, cement, crushed ore, etc. The lifting height can reach up to 40m. The elevator is equipped with four types of hoppers, namely Q type (shallow hopper), H type (arc bottom hopper), ZD type (medium deep hopper), and SD type (deep hopper).
 

1. The conveying capacity is large, and the TD type with the same bucket width has nearly doubled the conveying capacity compared to the D type:

2. Long service life, the traction components use high-strength rubber conveyor belts with high tensile strength.

3. The entire machine has a simple structure, convenient installation, and is easy to adjust, repair, and maintain.

4. Strong tensile strength and good wear resistance, with low alloy high-strength circular ring chains as traction components.

The buckets carry the raw materials from the bottom of machine, and lift them to the top with the rotation of chain, turn down after by passing the wheel at the top and throw down the materials into the receiving tank. And the bucket elevator usually are enclosed which can prevent the dust flying in a mess in the bucket elevator.
