Magnetic Separator is suitable for wet magnetic separation of materials such as magnetite, calcined ore, etc. and it can remove the iron in the coal, non-metal and construction industries. The magnetic system is made from high quality ferrite magnetic materials and /or rare earth magnet steel. On the shell surface, the magnet intensity is 100-600mt. The wet type permanent magnet cylindrical separator is commonly used for iron ore separation. It is suitable for separating materials with high magnetism. In recent years, it has been used as concentrating equipment in place of magnetic dewatering cell.

Adopting a dynamic magnetic system design, the mineral material slides, moves, and rolls on the surface of the drum, and the drum does not stick to the material, which is conducive to material sorting.

The magnetic separator equipment has multiple specifications and models to meet the needs of various industries such as iron ore, river sand, tailings, steel slag, etc. Some equipment can also be used in multiple ways.

The pulp flows into cell body from the pulp box, and under the water flow of the feeding spray pipe, the mineral grain will go into the feeding area of the cell body in the loose condition. In the magnetic field, the magnetic ore particles will have magnetic gathering and form magnet group or magnet chain which is influenced by the magnetic force inside the pulp and moves to the magnetic pole and finally is absorbed onto the cylinder.
