The hammer crusher is a kind of equipment that crushes materials in the form of impact. It is divided into two forms: single rotor and double rotor. The hammer crusher is mainly used for brittle materials with compressive strength not exceeding 100Mpa and humidity not exceeding 10%-15%. Due to its particularly simple and compact structure and high crushing ratio under impact, hammer crushers are widely used in coal mines, coal preparation plants and power plants, cement, metallurgy, refractory materials, quarrying and other industrial sectors . In the coal preparation plant, it is mainly used for the crushing of clean coal or in the occasions where the content of lump coal in the product is not high.

Driven by the motor, the crusher rotor rotates at high speed. After the material enters the crusher, it is immediately crushed by the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer head. The crushed material is impacted by the impact of the hammer head to the lining plate and the grate bar in the casing at high speed, and is crushed again.
The material smaller than the gap of the grate bar is discharged from the gap, and the material with a larger block size continues to be impacted by the hammer head in the crushing chamber until it is broken, and is discharged through the gap of the grate bar.
