High Efficient Small Gold Copper Silver Ore Processing Froth Flotation Machine for Mineral Processing Plant

SF flotation machine adopts a forward inclined tank body with novel structure, double vane water wheel, and is equipped with a diversion pipe and a false bottom device. The slurry in the tank carries out up and down double circulation according to the fixed flow mode, which is conducive to the suspension of coarse minerals. It can self-priming air and slurry, and does not need a foam pump.

 

When the impeller rotates, the slurry in the tank is suctioned from the bottom of the tank through the impeller blades. At the same time, the low pressure air pass the through the air duct, air control valve, hollow spindle into the air distributor of impeller chamber. After the air and the pulp are sufficiently mixed between the impeller blades, it discharged from the vicinity of the upper of the impeller. Stabilized and oriented by the stator, the pulp entire to the whole tank. The mineralizations of the bubbles rise up to the surface and form foam. The foam is scraped by the scraper into the foam tank, the pulp and then returns to the impeller zone and recycles.
