Screw conveyor is a kind of conveying equipment widely used in mineral, feed, grain and oil and construction industries. The screw machine is not suitable for conveying perishable, viscous and caking materials.

The screw conveyor should not transport perishable, viscous and caking materials, because these materials will stick to the screw during transportation and rotate without moving forward, or form a material plug at the lifting bearing, so that the screw conveyor can not work normally.
Classification by screw conveyor material

1. Ordinary carbon steel screw conveyor - mainly applicable to industries with large wear and tear such as cement, coal, stone, etc. and no special requirements for materials.
2. Stainless steel screw conveyor - mainly applicable to industries requiring conveying environment such as grain, chemical industry and food, with high cleanliness, no pollution to materials and long service time.
