Working principle of counter roller crusher

Two cylindrical rollers are horizontally mounted on parallel frames. The bearing of one roller is a movable roller, while the other is a fixed roller. When the two crushing rolls are working, they are rotated by the motor belt. The material enters between the two crushing rolls and is crushed by extrusion under the downward force of the opposite rotation of the two rolls. After crushing, the material with the particle size is pushed out by the roller, unloaded downward and discharged from the discharge port. The roller crusher can be operated continuously in the work, with the function of forced discharge of materials, and will not block the machine when crushing wet or soft materials.
