Product Description

The main feature of the XCF/KYF flotation machine is to maintain the advantages of the self suction air and slurry of the "A" type flotation machine without the need for ladder configuration. But compared with "a" flotation machine, the suction volume is large, the impeller speed is low, the clearance between impeller and cover plate is large and wear is light. The flotation machine can be used for convenient process arrangement, especially for small and medium-sized concentrators with complex process and many separation sections.

2. Each tank has suction, slurry suction and flotation self forming flotation circuit, without any auxiliary equipment, horizontal configuration, easy to change the process.
3. The slurry in the tank is recycled under the condition of lower circulation, which is conducive to the suspension recovery of coarse minerals.
4. It is equipped with manual control, automatic control and electric control device for pulp surface, which is convenient to adjust.
5. Impeller is composed of closed double cone, which can produce strong pulp circulation.
