The jaw crusher mainly uses two jaw plates to crush stone. First, a screening device is used to control the feed specification. The stone that meets the jaw crusher's feeding range is fed into the crushing chamber using a vibrating feeder. During operation, The movable jaw plate is constantly swinging, sometimes close to and away from the static jaw plate, the two jaw plates form a gravel space, and the mineral material between the two is squeezed, split, crushed, and broken when the two are close to each other. The two jaw plates form a "v"-shaped crushing cavity. Only the finished stone products that meet the "v"-shaped lower discharge port can be discharged, and the stone that does not meet the cutting requirements of the discharge port can not be discharged, ensuring the finished product The particle size is uniform and neat.
