Product Description

Flotation process flow is the most widely used gold processing process in gold concentrator to treat gold bearing sulfide minerals with high floatability. Gold can be enriched in sulfide minerals by flotation process to the maximum extent, tailings can be directly discarded, and the beneficiation cost is low. 80% of rock gold deposits in China are processed by this process. The flotation process mainly includes several stages, such as dosing, agitation, aeration and bubble scraping.

Gold ore dressing process

After mining, large blocks of natural gold ore are first roughened by jaw crusher; then, under the action of conveyor, they are evenly sent to the ball mill for deep grinding treatment; after grinding, the gold powder needs to be reasonably screened by the spiral classifier, and the qualified materials after screening are sent to the flotation machine for separation and impurity removal; the gold concentrate obtained after flotation is naturally dried to make it up to To dry.
 

The flotation is widely used for separating and concentrating the non-ferrous metal, black metal and nonmetal mine.The flotation machine is driven by a motor V-belt to drive the impeller to rotate, which produces a centrifugal effect to form a negative pressure. On the one hand, it sucks in sufficient air to mix with the ore slurry, on the other hand, it stirs the ore slurry and the medicine, and at the same time refines the foam so that the mineral is bound to the foam. Float to the pulp surface and then form mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the gate to control the liquid level, so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper.
