A flotation machine refers to the mechanical equipment that performs the flotation process. Within the flotation machine, the mineral pulp treated with added reagents undergoes agitation and aeration, causing certain mineral particles to selectively adhere to bubbles. These particles float to the pulp surface, where they are scraped off to form a froth product, while the remaining portion remains in the pulp, thereby achieving mineral separation. Flotation machines come in various structural forms, with the mechanically agitated flotation machine being the most commonly used.


Advantages:
Aspiratory volume is big,but power consumption is low.
