Belt Type High Capacity Bucket Elevator for Cement

The NE plate chain bucket elevator is a lifting equipment with plate chain and gravity induced unloading. Suitable for vertical conveying of powdery, granular, small or non abrasive materials, such as raw materials, cement, coal, limestone, dry clay, clinker, etc. The material elevator is a new product developed through the introduction of technology;

The NE type plate chain bucket elevator is an inflow type feeding machine, where materials flow into the hopper and are lifted to the top by the plate chain. Under the action of material gravity, the material of the chain is the same as that of the TH ring chain elevator, and both are forged from alloy steel, which is wear-resistant and reliable. The driving part adopts a hard tooth reducer, and the main technical parameters comply with the standards of the Ministry of Machinery.

1. Wide lifting range, lifting materials with relatively large powder and block shapes, such as ore, cement, coal, etc
2. Improve materials with high grindability and high specific gravity.
3. Materials with relatively high elevated temperatures can be selected at temperatures below 250 ºC.
4. The chain is made of wear-resistant alloy steel plate chain, which has strong wear resistance and less maintenance in the later stage.
5. The split sprocket has low maintenance costs in the later stage.
6. Good sealing performance and low environmental pollution.

The buckets carry the raw materials from the bottom of machine, and lift them to the top with the rotation of chain, turn down after by passing the wheel at the top and throw down the materials into the receiving tank. And the bucket elevator usually are enclosed which can prevent the dust flying in a mess in the bucket elevator.
