Description:
PE serious jaw crusher design is based on domestic compound pendulum crusher. Structure is more simple and better performance. It is the earliest and most widely used all over the world. PE crusher is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building material, high way, railway, chemical industry, refractory material and ceramic etc. The largest compression resistance of the material is 320Mpa. PEF series is used in primary crushing, while PEX is used in secondary crushing and fine crushing.

Working Principle:
The working part of the jaw crusher is two jaw plates. One is a fixed jaw plate, which is vertically (or slightly inclined at the upper end) fixed on the front wall of the machine body, and the other is a movable jaw plate and inclined to form a crushing cavity with the fixed jaw plate. The movable jaw plate cyclically reciprocates against the fixed jaw plate, sometimes separating and sometimes approaching. When separated, the material enters the crushing cavity, and the finished product is discharged from the lower part after being crushed; when it is close, the material between the two jaw plates is crushed by squeezing, bending and splitting.
