XCF / KYF flotation machine is based on the latest developments of the flotation kinetics and long-term industrial. This flotation is applicable for roughing, scavenging, selection. If KYF flotation machine and XCF flotation machine coalition units used in combination, these can be configured on the same level.
XCF/KYF flotation machine
Using of the combination of XCF flotation machine and KYF flotation machine, the pulp is fed to the feeding box, then the pulp is suctioned to the XCF flotation by feeding pipe, next through KYF flotation machine and the tailings box or intermediate box.
The slurry flow is controlled by the gate in the middle box or conical valve in the tailings box. Foam chute along the flotation machine longitudinal bracket on one side or both sides of the flotation machine.
When the impeller rotates, the slurry in the tank is suctioned from the bottom of the tank through the impeller blades. At the same time, the low pressure air pass the through the air duct, air control valve, hollow spindle into the air distributor of impeller chamber. After the air and the pulp are sufficiently mixed between the impeller blades, it discharged from the vicinity of the upper of the impeller. Stabilized and oriented by the stator, the pulp entire to the whole tank. The mineralizations of the bubbles rise up to the surface and form foam. The foam is scraped by the scraper into the foam tank, the pulp and then returns to the impeller zone and recycles.
XCF/KYF flotation machine
