Working Principle
1. Materials shall be evenly charged through quill shaft in feeding device into the first bin, which has step or waved lining with steel balls in different specifications.
2. Steel balls are taken to a certain height by centrifugal force from drum rotation and then fall. Thus it will give a heavy blow to materials, playing a role of grinding.
3. Materials after crushed in the first bin shall enter bin across single-layer diaphragm into the second, which is provided with flat lining with steel balls, to go through further grinding.
4. Powder shall be discharged from discharging grating, ending the milling process.
Working Principle of Ceramic Ball Mill: When the ceramic ball mill is working, the material is continuously and uniformly supplied by the feeder. The material is continuously entered into the ceramic ball mill. The reducer drives the cylinder to rotate by the motor. The crushed ore and the steel ball in the cylinder are brought to a certain height by friction and centrifugal force when the cylinder rotates. After that, the material and the steel ball will continuously drop and impact each other in the cylinder. During the whole falling process, the material will impact and grind with the steel ball in the cylinder and be gradually crushed. The crushed material with qualified particle size is discharged out of the barrel through the discharging device. After the discharged minerals are graded by particle size in the screw classifier and the qualified products are screened out by classification, the larger and unqualified materials are sent to the ceramic ball mill again by the combined feeding device for further grinding. Material that is completely qualified by grinding is continuously discharged from the ceramic ball mill.
