Agitation Tank Features
Agitation tank is used to mix pulp with chemical, preparing for flotation separation. The characters of agitation tank:
(1) Impeller diameter's enlarging and linear speed's improving, enhance ability of mixing pulp with chemical.
(2) The impeller pileus shaped, which not only enhances the mixing ability but also circulating ability.
(3) There is an inducer in the tank, and the impeller is in the inducer. The structure not only enhances the mixing ability but also enhances circulating ability.
(4) Pileus impeller produces a downward pressure during running, which can reinforce the ability of suction pulp, then improve cycling effect of pulp and chemical.
(5) There is a jet device under the inducer, which also improves cycling ability after pulp and chemical into inducer.
(6) Pulp and chemical agitate and cycle completely, making pulp mixing pulp with chemical completely, cycles well, it is very good for flotation separation.
