Applications:
In the metal beneficiation production line, the spiral classifier is often combined with a ball mill to form a closed loop to classify the size of the slurry, or in the gravity beneficiation to classify ore and fine mud; at the same time, the spiral classifier can also be used in ore washing operations Desliming, dewatering and other operations in the process.

Working Principle:
The working principle of the spiral classifier is very simple. It uses the principle of different particle sizes and different specific gravity in the liquid with different sedimentation speeds. The fine ore particles float in the water and overflow, while the coarse ore particles sink to the bottom of the tank. It is discharged by the screw to the upper part for mechanical classification equipment, which can classify and filter the powder ground in the ball mill, and then screw the coarse material into the feed port of the mill using a spiral blade, and remove the filtered fine material from the overflow pipe discharge.
