Quartz sand rotary drum screen separator
Drum screen is composed of hexagonal drum, frame, funnel, reducer and motor. After the crushed stone enters the drum, the materials are screened by the centrifugal force of drum rotation and jigging. Screen out one by one through different mesh screens. The stones of different specifications are screened out and then fall into the belt conveyor through the funnel and sent to the finished product stockyard. On the one hand, it is screened with the rotation of the drum, and the materials are screened by the centrifugal force of the drum rotation and jigging. On the one hand, the stone with large particle size flows forward along the slope of the drum and is gradually screened out through screens of different mesh sizes. The small stones will fall into their respective funnels after screening, and then be transported out manually or sent to the finished product pile by gravity.
