Spiral classifier is one of beneficiation equipment, based on user requirements, it can be divided into single and double spiral classifier. Depend on specific gravity of solid particles, so different sedimentation velocity in a liquid principle, spiral washing classifier is a mechanical grading equipment. Feed mill can grind the powder level in the filter, and then use the coarse material spiral piece rotary vane screwed mill feeder to filter out fine material discharged from the overflow tube.

The spiral classifier is based on the principle that the settling speed in liquid varies due to the different sizes and densities of solid particles. Fine ore particles float in water and overflow, while coarse ore particles settle at the bottom of the tank. A classification equipment that is pushed upwards by a screw to perform mechanical classification. It can filter the material powder ground in the mill, and then use spiral blades to rotate the coarse material into the feed port of the mill, and discharge the filtered fine material from the overflow pipe.
