Product Description:
When the material to be dried is not suitable for direct contact with flue gas or hot air, an indirect heating dryer can be used. The indirect heating dryer adopts an external combustion method. The heat carrier does not directly contact the material to be dried, and all the heat required for drying is transmitted to the material to be dried through the wall of the dryer cylinder.

The material does not contact with the flue gas and does not pollute the material. It is suitable for drying materials with high cleanliness, such as graphite, feldspar, quartz sand and other materials.

Working Principle:
The outer shell of the indirect heating dryer is equipped with concentric cylinders, and the inner space of the inner cylinder is communicated with the annular space between the outer shell and the furnace wall by means of a connecting pipe. The flue gas from the combustion furnace enters the annular space between the outer shell and the furnace wall, and the heat enters the inner cylinder through the connecting pipe to heat and dry the material. The material is continuously thrown by the Lifting plate. After uniform heating, the moisture gradually evaporates , And finally exhaust the moisture under the action of the exhaust fan.
