Jaw crusher is an earlier crushing equipment, which is mainly used for crushing coarse, medium and fine crushing of various ores and rocks with compressive strength of 147 ~ 245MPa. What is the difference between fine jaw crushing and coarse jaw crushing?

The jaw crusher, also known as tiger mouth, is a crusher that uses extrusion crushing method and consists of two jaw plates, moving jaw and static jaw, to simulate the movement of two jaws of animals and complete the material crushing operation. Moreover, the "V" crushing cavity is deep and has no dead zone. The materials can start crushing at the upper part of the crushing cavity, which improves the feeding capacity and output. Generally, the output per hour is 105 tons, The actual output will also be affected by the matching of materials and production lines.

The working principle of the jaw crusher is to use the extrusion and bending action of the two jaw plates on the material to coarsely or mediumly crush various hardness materials. The crushing mechanism consists of a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate. When the two jaw plates approach, the material will be crushed. When the two jaw plates leave, the material blocks smaller than the discharge opening will be discharged from the bottom. Its crushing action is carried out intermittently

Operation

1. Feeding can be started only after the crusher operates normally.

2. The materials to be crushed should be evenly added into the crusher cavity to avoid side feeding or full feeding, so as to avoid unilateral overload or bearing overload.

3. Under normal working conditions, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 30 ºC, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70 ºC. When the temperature exceeds the above mentioned temperature, the machine shall be shut down immediately to find out the cause and eliminate it.

4. Before stopping the machine, the feeding should be stopped first, and the motor can be shut down only after the materials in the crushing chamber are completely discharged.

5. When crushing, if the machine is shut down due to the blockage of materials in the crushing chamber, the motor should be shut down immediately and the materials can be discharged before starting again.

6. After the crusher has been used for a period of time, all fixed parts should be locked again.

7. The lower part of the elbow plate should be cleaned frequently to keep the debris between the elbow plate and the movable jaw.

8. When one end of the jaw plate is worn, it can be turned around (depending on the specific situation).
