XCF-type and KYF-type flotation machine are inflatable flotation machine, impeller diameter is small, low circumferential speed, can reduce the power of 30-50%; the tank is equipped with an air distributor, so the air dispersion is uniform; the impeller acts as a centrifugal pump, but the solid particles are fully suspended; the use of U-shape tank structure, but the tailing sand sedimentation is the least accumulation; the impeller structure and the blade gap flow down the design is reasonable, the wear of the impeller is more uniform, impeller, stator service life is long.

After the air and the pulp are sufficiently mixed between the impeller blades, it discharged from the vicinity of the upper of the impeller. Stabilized and oriented by the stator, the pulp entire to the whole tank. The mineralizations of the bubbles rise up to the surface and form foam. The foam is scraped by the scraper into the foam tank, the pulp and then returns to the impeller zone and recycles.
