Product Description

Ball mill is a kind of grinding equipment used in mines to process gold mines. It mainly grinds and pulverizes gold-bearing ores to achieve effective separation of gold minerals from other gangue minerals for subsequent sorting operations. Ball mill machine is the key equipment for recrushing the materials after they are primarily crushed. It is widely used for the dry type or wet type grinding of all kinds of ores and other grindable materials in cement, silicate product, new building material, refractory, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metals and glass ceramic industry. 

Ball Mill Features

1. Gold ball mill is mainly composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part. Convenient installation and debugging , easy to operate.

2. Optimize the shape and material of the liner and grinding media to reduce the breakage rate and improve the grinding efficiency.

3. There are many balls loaded, both large and small balls can be loaded, and the small balls will not be discharged, which can also form a good working condition.

4. A forced ore discharge device is added to the discharge end, and the processing capacity is increased by 40%.

5. The sliding bearing is changed to a rolling bearing, which has a large carrying capacity, but the life of the sliding bearing is increased by more than 5%.

Ceramic ball mill mainly used to mix and grind the material, the final product has average fineness.  It is suitable for ceramic, glaze and quartz industry which has strict requirements for the iron content.

The ceramic ball mill mainly composed of barrel, main bearing, transmission part.  The ball mill cylinder is installed with ceramic bricks. The grinding media is ceramic ball.
Working principle

This ceramic ball mill is gear transmission ball mill. Material and the mill balls rotary under the centrifugal force. When the material moves to certain height, drop balls can beat the material into fine powder. In addition, friction among the balls can also help to grind the materials. When the size get to the requirement,  fine powder will be discharged from the other end.
